At the core of his business is a strong company culture of respect, teamwork and encouragement. Jonathan believes that embedding this culture early has assisted him in his aim to attract and retain talent.
Jonathan is heavily involved in charitable endeavors. He has pledged 1% of his sales income to Vision Aid Overseas, an international charity dedicated to fighting poverty by transforming access to eye care in developing countries. Jonathan regularly makes time to lead teams to Africa to train local eyecare workers and to provide eye tests and glasses to those in need.
